Nicole co-authors Criminal Law in New York, a Thomson-West publication, with the Honorable Karen Morris and Gary Muldoon.

This treatise offers informed and detailed text, providing a comprehensive presentation of New York Penal Law. It includes an extensive overview of New York criminal law and practice, addressing subjects ranging from homicide, controlled substances, dangerous weapons, sexual offenses, and victim restitution, to fraud, bribery, computer-related offenses, and tampering with consumer products. Provides practice-oriented insights from experienced New York practitioners, offering a contemporary examination of the substantive crimes as deined under the Penal Law. Includes expert analysis of each crime, providing appropriate references to statutory authority and case authority. 

She also writes a weekly column, Legal Currents, for The Daily Record, a Dolan Media publication.  Her column tackles timely issues ranging from commentary on civil rights and criminal law issues, recent New York Court of Appeals decisions and other issues of interest to the legal community.

She has had a number of other articles published in the past, as well.  In 2000  she authored an article entitled “Will an Acquittal Bar Admission of Chemical Test in Civil Actions?”, which was published in Fiandach's New York DWI Bulletin, Volume 7, No. 24 (2000).
