Nicole is Of Counsel to Fiandach & Fiandach, a Rochester, New York law firm that that is one of the largest and most experienced DWI defense firms in the state.
She has been a member of the Rochester Advisory Board of Legal Assistance of Western New York (formerly MCLAC) since February 2005. Previously she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Legal Assistance Corporation (MCLAC) from 2000-2005.
Currently, she is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and is on the Communications Committee.
She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and serves on the Gender Equity Task Force Commission and is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys, where she co-chairs the Family and Careers Section.
Previously she was an Assistant Public Defender for Monroe County and a litigation associate at Trevett, Cristo, Salzer, & Andolina P.C.
Throughout her career she has conducted countless hearings, jury trials, bench trials and depositions. She has also handled all aspects of both civil and criminal appeals, from drafting appellate briefs to arguing the appeals.
She is licensed to practice in New York State, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
